By accessing or using Flaky Resumes ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flaky Resumes provides AI-powered resume fraud detection and optimization. The Service analyzes uploaded resumes for potential embellishments, inconsistencies, and red flags. Paid features include AI-powered resume rewrites aligned to job descriptions.

3. User Responsibilities

You must only upload resumes you are authorized to analyze.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You agree not to attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service.

4. Payments & Refunds

Resume rewrites are sold at $4.99 per rewrite. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. If our AI detects that a rewrite contains fabricated content that was not in the original resume, we will block delivery and issue a full refund. Refund requests for other reasons should be directed to support@flakyresumes.com.

5. AI Analysis Disclaimer

The Flaky Score and analysis findings are AI-generated assessments, not definitive determinations of fraud or truthfulness. Results should be used as one input in a broader evaluation process. We do not guarantee the accuracy of findings and are not liable for decisions made based on our analysis.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded resumes and any rewritten content. We do not claim ownership of user-submitted content. The Flaky Resumes platform, brand, and technology are owned by Flaky Resumes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Flaky Resumes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
