1. Information We Collect

When you use Flaky Resumes, we collect:

Resume files — PDF, DOCX, or TXT files you upload for analysis.
Account information — Email address and authentication data when you sign up (via Clerk).
Payment information — Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Usage data — Analysis results, scores, and rewrite outputs.

2. How We Use Your Data

To analyze your resume and generate a Flaky Score report.
To produce AI-powered resume rewrites when purchased.
To process payments for paid services.
To improve the accuracy of our analysis models (aggregated, de-identified data only).

3. Data Storage & Security

Your resume files are stored securely with encryption at rest. Analysis results are retained for 30 days to allow you to revisit your reports. All data is transmitted over TLS.

4. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all your data at any time. When you delete your data, we remove your uploaded resume files from storage and purge associated analysis results and rewrite outputs from our database. To request deletion, contact us at support@flakyresumes.com.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Clerk — Authentication and user management.
Stripe — Payment processing.
Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis and resume optimization.
Cloud storage — Encrypted file storage.

6. Your Rights
